It's difficult to put into words exactly what this man meant to me and my family. Lets just say I wouldn't be where I am at had I not met him. He came into our lives in 2000, and God took him home in 2005. We had five years to love him not nearly long enough. The father I wished I had all my life, the best friend everyone hopes for, the unconditional love as if he was there the moment I was born. With a promise he would ALWAYS be there for me, one of the last things I heard come from his lips was "I love you, and I am sorry for leaving you". Apologizing for his own death something he had no control over, is just a small fraction of the unselfishness this man shared with me for the length of time I knew him.
I am so lucky to have had the time I had with him even if it was short, but I know he is needed somewhere else, and Red I know your here right now even I feel you all around me giving me your gentle guidance that only a parent knew how to do. Thank you for the time spent, love given, and memories that will last an eternity and when I close me eyes when I see you standing there I won't be affraid, I'll know it's you saying Hi daughter, it's me, Red, remember I love you

I often think of you...
Sometimes when i walk to the shops
I see something that reminds me of you and of memories that had once been
Sometimes i think of you in my room
While day dreaming about times that we used to share
Sometimes i will remember something you used to do
While i cook my dinner or put on my shoes
You see Angel your not forgotten
Far from it infact
Your memory is left intact
Why? well, because i keep you Alive
In my own way i keep you with me
The life lessons learnt with you serve me down the road
The funny things you did still make me laugh
The Love you gave me lives on

My Heaven Home
I couldent stop smiling as you embraced me,
Everything was as it was meant to be,
So we stepped together to the Golden Gates,
Away from people on the clouds' being reunited,
Then as we said our names, a man told us,
Now your entering Heaven you cant forget your house,
It can be anything you have ever wanted or dreamed of,
It was amazing to say the least, You and me in the house of our dreams,
So anything, a bowling green in the back garden i said,
Yes you smiled and dont forget the green house and conservatory!
I said and a number or large trees, Then we looked at one another,
A zoo for all animals and an avirey!
Before we knew it, there it was, our dream house,
Large lands of garden, old and quirky, everything you could want,
Because in Heaven, Money is but a thing, it has no meaning,
No, in Heaven the best hearts & love filled lives,
Get more than gold can ever buy,
So this is our new start,
With our family living down the road,
Friends living nearby,
Now lets settle and go out and celebrate!
Heaven is not just another place unlike our own,
Its everyones' reward for the love they gave to so many,
When they were in their old home.
* For you Grandad Percey & Nanny Rose, hope you are getting all you deserve and although you would say you dont deserve it and others need it more i hope you take the time to do something just for you, as you did so much for everyone elce when you were living. Also if you ever need more love then just take some from my heart there's so much for both of you*

Faith will help you during hard times,
Friendlyness will make the days fufilled,

Why did God give us these gifts and positive sayings,
To act as a weapon,
When fate trys to get us to leave the path of easy travelling,
Into the blind and darkening forest,
So dont let fate trick you with its cold icy hand,
Just keep these sayings and life will slap fates hand.

I thought of you yesterday......
Red when walking thru the mall yesterday, there was an older gentleman with a beautiful woman on his arm, I made eye contact with you/him, and you/he looked right into my eyes as if you knew me then smiled kinda like you would if you where here, wow my heart skipped, I told Adam I looked back and noticed he had stopped to turn and smile again, no need to explain my soul was warmed with memories of you after that, I wasn't just reminded but felt your presence whether people believe it or not, it was a blessing to feel you in my life again. Thank you for that gift my love most appreciated. Your always there anyways thats just an added bonus for me
